Position Summary / Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions based on therapeutic goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support positive patient outcomes

Requirements
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or license eligible
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented rehabilitation environment
