Position Summary / Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Implement rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or license eligible
• Strong communication and patient care skills
