Location

• Stockton, CA

• 120-bed facility (no travel, no floating)

Pay

• $60.00–$70.00 per hour , based on experience

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver hands-on physical therapy to support strength, mobility, and recovery

• Set and adjust care goals based on patient progress

• Coordinate with rehab team, nursing, and medical staff

• Lead or direct PT aides/support staff as needed

• Keep documentation current (including prescriptions and signatures)

• Follow safety, infection control, and compliance standards

• Participate in in-services, workshops, and ongoing clinical education

What You'll Need

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

• Active CA PT license (required)

• At least 1 year as a PT aide preferred , but not required

• Clear communicator and team player

• Skilled at managing individual caseloads independently
