• Physical Therapist • Home Health • $45–$55/hr
• IRS Mileage Reimbursement: $0.725/mile
• Flexible weekday scheduling
• Local territories across STL County, St. Charles, Jefferson, Franklin, and Metro East IL
• PTs living anywhere in the STL metro encouraged to apply
• Provide skilled PT visits in patient homes
• Build and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Document efficiently in OASIS and EMR
• Teach mobility strategies and home exercises
• Collaborate with nursing, OT, and care teams
• Maintain a steady, predictable caseload
• Active PT license in Missouri (or IL if willing to cross into MO)
• PT degree
• BLS/CPR
• Driver's license + insured vehicle
• $45–$55/hr (steady hourly — not per-visit)
• $0.725/mile (IRS rate)
