    Outpatient Physical Therapist

    San Diego, CA | $85K–$125K + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus | Full-Time or Part-Time | 100% Employer-Paid Medical

You didn't become a PT to go through the motions. You became one to master your craft.

We're working with one of San Diego's most respected outpatient clinics to hire their next standout Physical Therapist.

This isn't your average job posting — and this isn't your average clinic.

They've built a model that attracts PTs who are serious about clinical excellence — and want to surround themselves with the kind of peers who raise the bar.

Whether you're a new grad determined to grow or an experienced PT ready for a more fulfilling pace and purpose, this is your shot to work with some of the most skilled and well-trained PTs in San Diego — and become one of them.

Why Top PTs (and Rising Stars) Choose This Clinic

    • Average 1.8 patients per hour

    • You start 1-on-1 with the patient , then transition them to a PTA or skilled support staff for guided rehab

    • Backed by a full clinical team: registered dietitians, social workers, pain specialists, and an affiliated outpatient surgery center for total continuity of care

    • Weekly internal trainings led by top clinicians and national experts

    • Evidence-based protocols and advanced tools — not outdated routines

    • A track record of mentoring new grads into elite clinicians

    • Patients love the care. PTs love the autonomy. Outcomes prove the model works.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $85,000–$120,000 base salary depending on experience

    • $2,000 sign-on bonus — available to both full-time and part-time hires

    • 100% employer-paid medical insurance

    • Dental, vision, and optional coverage plans

    • 401(k) with match , paid holidays, PTO, and CEU reimbursement

    • Choose your schedule: full-time or part-time available

    • Built-in admin time — no late nights finishing notes

    • Growth paths into clinical leadership, mentorship, and specialization

    Who You'll Work With

This team includes some of the sharpest PTs in Southern California — and they're selective about who they bring on. They value collaboration, curiosity, and the drive to deliver real outcomes.

As their recruitment partner, we're looking for:

    • Licensed Physical Therapists (CA) or candidates close to licensure

    • Strong interpersonal and clinical skills

    • Passion for orthopedic and post-surgical rehab

    • Comfort with a dynamic flow model — managing care with the support of PTAs and staff

    • New grads are absolutely welcome if you're ready to learn fast and grow with intention

    Why We're Reaching Out

We've helped this client grow their team one exceptional PT at a time — and we've seen firsthand how fast new hires grow in this environment. This isn't a churn-and-burn clinic. It's a place where great clinicians become even better , and where patients receive the kind of care that changes lives.

If you're ready to join a team that takes development seriously — and has built a model around sustainable, patient-first care — we'd love to connect.
