• Role: Physical Therapist
• Location/Type: St. Louis, MO | Home Health - Full Time
• Pay: $50–$55/hr + $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime

What you'll do

• Deliver 1:1 physical therapy in patient homes
• Build and adjust individualised treatment plans
• Teach exercises, safety, and mobility techniques
• Track progress and document outcomes clearly
• Coordinate with nurses, aides, and care teams
• Supervise PTA's and maintain care quality

Must-haves

• Active Physical Therapy license in Missouri
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver's license, insurance, reliable car
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs independently
