Schedule: Full-time Responsibilities: • • Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and enhance mobility. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal treatment outcomes. • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing health and wellness. • Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques to manage pain and improve patient functionality effectively. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records to track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of our care practices. • Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy to integrate innovative approaches into patient care strategies. Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 yearly
