Vida Integrated Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our exceptional team at our Vida Renton clinic, conveniently located close to The Landing! What We're Looking For: • Licensed Professional: Must be a Licensed Chiropractor/Physical Therapist/Acupuncturist with a commitment to high-quality patient care. • Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative, supportive, and fun team environment. • CHIRO Clinical Skills: Great diagnostic skills, an excellent adjustor, and good soft tissue manipulation techniques. • PT Clinical Skills: Great diagnostic skills, expert therapeutic techniques, proficiency in pain management techniques, and exercise prescription with effective patient education. • ACU Clinical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of acupuncture practices, strong patient care, and patient education abilities. Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their medical history, current health concerns, and lifestyle factors. • Develop individual patient treatment plans based on diagnosis and incorporate physical therapy modalities to address the patient's health issues. • Maintain clinical records, including progress notes and patient treatment plans. • Monitor the patient's condition and responses to treatments and adjust treatments accordingly. • Collaborate with other health professionals as needed, both internal and external. Qualifications: • Active Physical Therapy License. • Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE). • Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). • US Work Authorization is required. • At least one year of experience practicing physical therapy. • Great diagnostic skills, expert therapeutic techniques, proficiency in pain management techniques, and exercise prescription with effective patient education. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Must be a team player and in a collaborative, supportive, and fun team environment. • Candidates who speak fluent Spanish and English will be given preference, but it is not a requirement. Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
