Salary & Incentives
Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Clinic Details
Our Decatur clinic provides outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation in a welcoming, small-town community setting. Known for hands-on therapy, individualized treatment plans, and compassionate care, our team is equipped with modern tools and supported by PRN’s clinician-led network. Job Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans
Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and evidence-based treatment
Educate patients on recovery goals, home programs, and injury prevention strategies
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with physicians, PTs, and other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
Current Texas PT license (or eligibility)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for outpatient orthopedics and sports rehab
