Compensation
- Total Compensation: Approximately $124,000–$135,000 annually
(Base salary + incentives + CEU reimbursement + certification assistance) - Updated productivity incentives up to $2,500/month

Your Role
As a Pelvic Floor / Women’s Health Specialist, you will:
- Provide specialized outpatient pelvic floor and women’s health rehabilitation
- Create individualized treatment plans addressing pelvic pain, incontinence, prenatal/postpartum care, pelvic organ prolapse, post-surgical needs, and more
- Deliver evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, exercise prescription, and behavioral strategies
- Build meaningful patient relationships through compassion and clinical expertise
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Document efficiently using advanced EMR and ALT tools
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines
What You Bring
Education & Licensure
- Doctor of Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program
- Active New Mexico PT license (or eligibility)
Specialized Skills
- Training or certification in pelvic floor therapy (or willingness to obtain with Armada’s support)
Personal Qualities
- Empathy and professionalism when addressing sensitive patient needs
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to manage complex cases with composure and clinical reasoning
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist patients as needed
- Capacity to lift, transfer, or position patients safely
