What You'll Do

As a valued member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to:

🧠 Conduct thorough evaluations and create customized treatment plans

💪 Deliver hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and progressive interventions

📈 Monitor patient progress and make meaningful adjustments

👥 Collaborate with referring providers and fellow therapists for holistic care

📚 Educate patients on injury prevention, movement, and wellness

✍️ Maintain accurate, timely documentation in a streamlined EMR system

Who You Are

You're a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist who thrives in a patient-first environment. You want more than a job—you want a workplace where your voice matters and your care makes a difference.

Qualifications:

Current NY State PT license (or eligibility)

DPT from an accredited Physical Therapy program

Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills

Passion for delivering hands-on, personalized care

Open to new grads—mentorship available!

Requirements:

CPR certification

Basic computer/EMR proficiency

Willingness to work flexible weekday hours (NO weekends)
