What You’ll Do

Deliver one-on-one physical therapy in patients’ homes or skilled nursing facilities

Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with care teams to ensure patient success

What You’ll Need

DPT or PT degree (required)

2+ years of experience (Home Health or SNF preferred)

California PT License & Driver’s License

Current CPR, TB test, and Professional Liability Insurance
