Position Overview
Physical Therapist (PT)
Department: Clinic | Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Location: Onsite
Reporting to the Clinic Manager, this role focuses on the evaluation, assessment, and treatment of pediatric and adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions impacting musculoskeletal health. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, social workers, and specialty providers to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care aligned with national best-practice guidelines.
What You’ll Do
Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations across all age groups with a strong focus on joint protection and mobility
Develop and implement personalized plans of care utilizing appropriate physical therapy modalities
Provide education to patients and families regarding rehabilitation, joint health, and condition-specific physical needs
Serve as a trusted physical therapy resource for clinical staff and the multidisciplinary team
Participate in clinic-based research activities, completing required assessments and documentation
Deliver care in compliance with licensure standards and state/federal program guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Required QualificationsActive California Physical Therapy License
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
At least 1 year of experience working with children and families
At least 1 year of acute care experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience providing care to both pediatric and adult populations
Bilingual English/Spanish candidates encouraged to apply
Clinical Doctorate (DPT)
