The ideal candidate:

• orthopedic experience and passionate about providing exceptional care in a private outpatient physical therapy setting
• strong clinician and leader with excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, a commitment to mentoring and developing their team, and a desire to continuously advance their clinical knowledge and expertise.
• Thrives in a collaborative and team-oriented environment, and are dedicated to fostering exceptional patient outcomes, a positive clinic culture, and operational excellence.

As Clinic Director, you will:

• lead by example
• support and develop your team, and promote a positive culture within the clinic
• oversee day-to-day clinic operations
• help drive the continued growth and success of the practice while maintaining the highest standards of patient care
• have structured administrative time in your schedule
