About the Role:

Join ACTION POINT PHYSICAL THERAPY LLC as a Physical Therapy Aide and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to helping patients regain their mobility and strength. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about healthcare and want to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

Assist physical therapists in preparing treatment areas and equipment.

Help patients with exercises and mobility tasks under supervision when appropriate under physical therapist or PTA supervision.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment and help to ensure linens are clean.

Prepare and apply modalities as appropriate under physical therapist or PTA supervision.

Prepare and manage patient documentation and files.

Provide excellent customer service and support to patients.

Monitor patient progress and report observations to therapists.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and performing front desk work as ocassionally needed.

Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in health sciences preferred.

Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others.

Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology is advantageous.

Must be able to lift and assist patients as needed.

Current CPR certification is preferred but not required.
