    Job Summary

    We are seeking a motivated and dependable Physical Therapy Aide to support our licensed physical therapists and physical therapist assistants in delivering high-quality care. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, organized treatment environment and assisting with non-clinical tasks related to patient care.

    Responsibilities

    Assist therapists by preparing treatment areas and equipment.

    Support patients during therapeutic exercises and mobility training under supervision.

    Set up and clean exercise and therapy equipment as directed.

    Observe and report patient reactions to therapy to the supervising therapist.

    Reinforce instructions provided by the therapist to patients.

    Maintain cleanliness and adhere to infection control procedures throughout the clinic.

    Perform routine clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, or maintaining records as needed.

    Ensure a safe, supportive, and professional environment for all patients and staff.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent required.

    Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.

    Basic knowledge of physical therapy equipment and exercises is a plus.

    Strong communication and organizational skills.

    Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.

    Physically able to lift equipment and assist patients with mobility.
