    Physical Therapy Aide (Pre-PT Opportunity) – Quest Physical Therapy | Issaquah, WA

    About the Role

    Are you preparing for a career in physical therapy or a related healthcare field? This is an ideal opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on clinical experience in a high-level outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine setting.

    At Quest Physical Therapy, we are looking for a motivated, curious, and energetic Physical Therapy Aide who wants to learn, grow, and actively participate in patient care. You’ll work closely with experienced physical therapists, gain exposure to a wide range of orthopedic and sports-related conditions, and build skills that will set you apart for PT school.

    What You’ll Gain

    Responsibilities

    • Assist therapists in guiding patients through exercise programs

    • Help with modalities, patient education, and treatment flow

    • Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment

    • Support clinic operations including:

    • Scheduling patients

    • Answering phones

    • Managing documentation and EMR tasks

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment

    • Provide an exceptional, supportive experience for every patient

    Who You Are

    • A pre-physical therapy student or pursuing a career in healthcare

    • Completed or working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field

    • Passionate about movement, sports, and helping people recover and perform at their best

    • Strong communicator who enjoys working with people

    • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    • Positive, coachable, and eager to learn

    (Previous healthcare or clinical experience is a plus, but not required.)
