Sports & Spine Physical Therapy and Balance is a busy, growing independent outpatient practice seeking an energetic and dependable Physical Therapy Technician / Aide to join our team on a part-time basis. Due to continued growth and patient demand, we are expanding our clinical staff.
This position is ideal for individuals pursuing careers in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physician Assistant studies, Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or other healthcare professions who are looking to gain valuable hands-on clinical experience.
Our clinic is currently transitioning back to independent ownership and entering an exciting new phase of growth. As a member of our team, you'll work alongside experienced Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants while helping patients recover from orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, balance disorders, vestibular conditions, and neurological diagnoses.

Responsibilities
Assist Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants with patient care activities
Instruct and supervise patients performing therapeutic exercises under clinician direction
Prepare treatment areas before patient appointments
Clean and maintain treatment equipment
Assist with patient flow throughout the clinic
Stock treatment supplies and maintain clinic organization
Help create a welcoming, professional environment for every patient
Perform additional clinic support duties as needed

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient clinic
Passion for helping others
Interest in healthcare, physical therapy, exercise science, kinesiology, athletic training, or a related field
College students, recent graduates, and individuals pursuing healthcare careers are encouraged to apply
Previous customer service or healthcare experience is a plus but not required
