What You’ll Do
As a valued member of our therapy team, you will:
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
Provide hands-on therapy and support patients through their rehabilitation journey
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists
Help ensure completion and accuracy of therapy documentation
Support a smooth and efficient patient experience
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
You’ll work closely with experienced therapists in a collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.
What We’re Looking For
Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapy Assistant program
Active Florida PTA license
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong communication and clinical skills
Compassionate, patient-focused mindset
Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment
