About the Role

We are seeking a Therapy Assistant to support patients throughout their treatment journey. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with individuals undergoing therapy as prescribed by our doctors, including:

Spinal Decompression

Class IV Laser Therapy

Shockwave Therapy

E-Stim

Posture and movement correction exercises

You’ll also be responsible for setting up therapy equipment, recording accurate treatment notes, and keeping the treatment area clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities

Guide patients through their therapy sessions with encouragement and correct form

Set up and administer individualized therapies per doctor’s instruction

Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment records

Assist patients with mobility or support devices if needed

Foster a supportive and motivating environment for healing and progress

Keep therapy equipment clean and ready for use

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to motivate and support patients during treatment

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Capable of making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

Previous therapy, rehab, or fitness experience is a plus, but not required
