Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Per Diem

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. This per diem role offers flexibility and competitive per-visit pay.

Responsibilities

Deliver therapy services per PT plan of care

Document patient progress accurately and timely

Communicate effectively with PTs, patients, and care team

Follow all clinical, safety, and ethical standards

Qualifications

Active PTA license

Strong communication and time-management skills

Ability to work independently

Reliable transportation (if home health)

Home health experience a plus

Position Details

Employment Type: Per Diem

Schedule: Flexible / As needed

Work Location: In person

Compensation: $40.00 – $50.00 per visit (not hourly)
