What you’ll be doing: Provide physician prescribed physical therapy. Improve or minimize residual physical disabilities of the patient. Return the individual to optimum and productive level within the patient’s capability. Participate with all other home care personnel in patient care planning. An associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Currently licensed in the state in which practicing One (1) year experience preferred in a home health setting Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Weekends as needed License/Certification: CPR Certification (Preferred)
