📌 Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (Home Health)

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistants to join our expanding team on a full-time, part-time, or per diem basis. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a thriving agency with unlimited financial potential and the chance to make a direct impact in your community.

Service Areas we're looking for:

Fairfax • McLean • Alexandria • Arlington • Lorton • Woodbridge • Loudoun • Manassas

🔹 Responsibilities

Work under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists to deliver therapeutic treatments.

Implement treatment plans designed to restore mobility, function, and independence.

Monitor patient progress and update records accurately.

Communicate effectively with patients and families to support positive outcomes.

Provide personal care for a small percentage of patients as needed.

🔹 Qualifications

Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy.

Active PTA license issued by the State of Virginia (required).

CPR certification (required).

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health experience preferred).

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Comfortable using technology (tablets, laptops, EMR systems, email, text).

Reliable transportation.

🔹 Compensation & Employment Types

Per visit pay: $60.00 – $65.00

Flexible options available: Full-time • Part-time • Per diem
