    Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapy Assistant role based in Atlanta, GA. The Physical Therapy Assistant will support licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, and monitoring progress. Daily responsibilities include educating patient on exercise programs, documenting care, and educating patients safe movement techniques. The role involves close collaboration with therapists, other rehabilitation professionals, and patients to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care and smooth clinic operations.

    Qualifications

    Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear patient education and effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

    Experience with orthopedic and neurological cases.

    Candidates should possess skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation to implement treatment plans, support functional recovery, and promote mobility.

    Candidates should possess Patient Care skills, with a focus on empathy, safety, and patient-centered service.

    Relevant qualifications include completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and current state licensure or eligibility in Georgia.

    Additional beneficial skills include basic telehealth literacy, strong documentation abilities, time management, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
