At Premier Wellness Centers, our PTAs typically work with one patient at a time in a structured, low-stress environment — allowing you to focus on quality care and real outcomes, not rushing between tables.

Monday–Friday

Current clinic hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Mon/Wed/Fri, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Tues/Thurs

Transitioning to 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM to improve team work-life balance

Responsibilities

Implement treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist

Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional rehab

Apply modalities within scope of practice

Document daily treatment notes accurately in EMR

Communicate patient progress with supervising PT

Maintain compliance with Medicare and insurance guidelines

Qualifications

Active Florida PTA license (required)

Strong orthopedic and exercise-based rehab skills

Good time management and communication skills

Team-oriented with attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

$58,000 – $70,000 salary (based on experience; equivalent to ~$28–$35/hr)
