The Nuts & Bolts
Your Day-To-DayYour Compensation & Benefits• Deliver evidence-based interventions under PT supervision. • Document visits in Athena—templates built by clinicians. • Educate patients & families on home-exercise and injury prevention. • Collaborate with the entire care team to keep outcomes (and morale) high. | • Starting rate $44/hr (≈ $91 K annually, full-time). • Bi-monthly pay (24 checks/yr). • PTO: 1 week vacation, 3 sick days, 1 personal day—grows annually up to 5 days. • 6 paid holidays. • Health allowance up to $200/mo for medical/dental/vision of your choice. • 401(k) • Up to $500/yr for license renewal, malpractice, and CEUs. • Uncapped productivity bonus—earned monthly, paid twice a year.

Current PTA license (or eligible) in good standing
