    Physical Therapy Clinic Administrator is an integral part of our clinic creating favorable and positive patient experience in person and on the phone. You are responsible for achieving and maintaining high standards of quality business administration and experience in accuracy of processing financial transactions, insurance authorization/billing/ invoice processing, physician referrals, health history clearances, patient scheduling, database and file maintenance, office supply inventory, cleanliness and overall organization.

    If you are known for your pleasing personality with the ability to work well under pressure, maintain professionalism and deliver exemplarily customer service meeting or exceeding client expectations then we should talk!

    Part Time: Schedule, M-F, Varies. This position is currently based on a part-time work schedule with occasional flexibility for additional or flexibility in schedule as necessary to grow the business model and accommodate client appointments and business office demands.

    The Healthtrax Physical Therapy Practice is located within Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness convenient for both community access and members of the Center.
