Physical Therapist Clinic Director
We’re opening our first outpatient physical therapy clinic in the Twin Cities, MN this October/November 2025 and are actively seeking a Physical Therapist Clinic Director to help lead the charge.
This is a full-time opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota who is ready to step into a leadership role—whether or not you’ve held a formal leadership title before. You’ll play a key role in launching and shaping the clinic alongside a hands-on owner who will be actively involved in the early growth phase. The clinic will focus on one-on-one patient care with 60-minute sessions initially (transitioning to 40 minutes as caseload grows), and a maximum of 7–12 patients per day depending on session length.
We’re looking for someone with a cheerful, compassionate, and patient-centered approach, a strong interest in vestibular, balance, neuro, or ortho care, and a desire to help shape a clinic from the ground up. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, eager to lead, grow, and connect with the community.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to $100,000 annually, based on experience
- Full-time salary guaranteed, regardless of caseload

Position Highlights
- Clinic launching Oct/Nov 2025 in the Twin Cities, MN
- 100% outpatient care; clinic just under 1,500 sq ft
- Work closely with clinic owner (virtual check-ins 2x/week)
- Credentialing time: approx. 1 month
- Full-time salaried position regardless of caseload
- Flexible Monday–Friday schedule (40 hours/week)
- Ages treated will depend on therapist preference; initial focus will likely be adult and geriatric population
- EMR: Prompt
- Laptop provided for documentation
- Clinic goal: 2 PTs and 2 PTAs
Leadership & Growth Responsibilities
- Collaborate with owner on marketing, referral growth, and community events
- Help build caseload and visibility in the community
- Participate in new hire selection and training as team grows
- Mentor clinical team members (if desired)
- Assist with scheduling during the first month
- Not responsible for billing or insurance verification but may help oversee as needed
- Opportunity to help open second clinic and participate in profit sharing once it’s launched
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota
- 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Outpatient experience strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for leadership and clinic growth
- Prior leadership experience not required—just the right mindset
