Our Bridgewater outpatient facility specializes in the treatment of orthopedic and neurological conditions, with a particular focus on Parkinson’s disease and community wellness. We provide an innovative, team-based approach to rehabilitation that empowers patients to achieve their goals.

    Position Summary: We are currently seeking a dependable, team-oriented Rehab Tech/Aide to join our Bridgewater clinic. This position supports our licensed therapy team—including physical, occupational, and speech therapists—by assisting with patient care, clinic organization, and daily operations. Ideal for students or professionals interested in rehabilitation, healthcare, or fitness, this is a hands-on role in a dynamic, supportive environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist therapy staff during treatment sessions by setting up and cleaning treatment areas, preparing equipment, and helping monitor patients.

    Support patients with mobility and positioning under therapist supervision.

    Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic and equipment.

    Perform light administrative duties such as scheduling support, documentation, and patient check-in/out as needed.

    Promote a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

    Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to all clinic policies and safety protocols.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent required.

    Previous experience in a rehab, fitness, or healthcare setting is preferred.

    Interest in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or related health sciences encouraged.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to multitask and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

    CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

    Schedule: Core hours are typically Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some flexibility may be required as the clinic expands.
