    We’re looking for a licensed, self-motivated Physical Therapist to join our Studio ME community. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently within a dynamic gym setting, helping clients move better, feel better, and return to the activities they love. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fitness-forward environment and is passionate about bridging the gap between rehab and performance. You’ll have the flexibility to operate as an employee or a rent-based model. Responsibilities: • Provide one-on-one physical therapy evaluations and treatments for clients recovering from injury, surgery, or movement dysfunction • Create individualized treatment plans that align with client goals and lifestyles • Collaborate with Studio ME trainers and coaches to ensure continuity of care and programming • Educate clients on injury prevention, mobility, and movement efficiency • Lead quarterly workshops or wellness seminars for members • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with state and industry regulations • Contribute positively to the Studio ME culture and community Qualifications: • Must have exceptional analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills • Previous experience working with patients in a healthcare environment is highly desired • Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in Minnesota • Dry needling training or willing to get it • Strong understanding of movement assessment, injury prevention, and functional fitness • Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule • Passionate about whole-body health, wellness, and client empowerment • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, community-oriented mindset • Previous experience in a gym or fitness environment preferred (not required) • CPR certification and liability insurance (if renting space) Compensation: $25 - $75 hourly
