What You’ll Do:

Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism

Assist therapists in guiding patients through prescribed exercises and treatment plans

Schedule appointments and manage patient flow

Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical space

Provide equipment setup and sanitization between sessions

Be a calm, encouraging presence for patients as they work toward recovery

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in a healthcare or fitness setting preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person)

Passion for helping others and making a difference

Strong communication and multitasking skills

A team-first mindset with the ability to work independently

Comfort with physical activity and assisting others with movement

CPR certification a plus
