    This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting while working alongside licensed therapists and healthcare professionals dedicated to helping patients achieve their goals.

    What You'll Do

    As a PT/OT Technician, you will assist our clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient clinic environment.

    Responsibilities

    Assist Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapist Assistants with patient care activities following training and competency validation.

    Support patient intake processes and authorized documentation activities.

    Monitor and report delegated treatment activities to the supervising therapist.

    Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient visits.

    Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization in accordance with safety and infection control standards.

    Assist with inventory, maintenance, and routine operational tasks.

    Adhere to HIPAA, compliance, safety, and company policies.

    Participate in mandatory training and continuing education requirements.

    Qualifications

    Required

    High School Diploma or GED

    Current CPR Certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

    Preferred

    Bilingual English/Spanish

    Previous healthcare, rehabilitation, fitness, or customer service experience

    Completion of Health Occupations coursework

    Interest in pursuing a healthcare-related degree or career path

    Physical Requirements

    This position requires:
