    FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is in search of a part time, client care specialist. The position involves client scheduling and payment collection in an EMR system. Candidates must project a warm, enthusiastic and friendly demeanor in client and team member interactions. FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is a leading provider of physical therapy, rehabilitation, balance and vestibular retraining, and athletic training services.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Completes Daily Activity Log each day and submits to Supervisor.

    Maintains security by following procedures (HIPAA); monitoring logbook.

    Commits to be knowledgeable of companies services and products.

    Compiles lists of prospective patients/referral sources/customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet websites, and other sources.

    Engage with patients/referral sources/customers in office or by phone.

    Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes salable features.

    Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.

    Enters new patient and referral source data into computer database.

    Develops and maintains relationships with referral sources.

    Education and/or Experience

    Bachelor’s Degree (B. A.) from Four- Year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual (Spanish preferred at the time of this job posting).
