Responsibilities:
Expertise in establishing a strong rapport during evaluations
Proficiency in developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
Ability to prescribe appropriate sessions based on the treatment plan, ensuring optimal progress
Commitment to promoting patient engagement and adherence to their treatment plans
A passion for celebrating patient milestones and achievements upon completion of their plan of care
Knowledge of rehabilitation products and ability to recommend suitable options for home exercise routines
Proactive approach to professional growth, including meetings with the Clinic Director to discuss accomplishments and challenges
Enthusiasm for active participation in training programs to enhance clinical and soft skills
Strong desire to establish a personal brand within our practice and contribute to its success
Skill in implementing effective caseload management strategies to ensure professional and financial success
Engagement in the local community through active participation in various events
Practice new and advanced techniques, honing your skills
Receive guidance to build and maintain a full caseload
Learn how to create effective treatment plans and keep patients engaged for better outcomes
Design a roadmap for your professional development and certifications
Required Competencies:
Advanced degree in physical therapy from an APTA-accredited program
Membership with the APTA highly encouraged
Valid Texas physical therapist license
