What We Expect from You:
Commitment to your onboarding process for a quick start

Willingness to learn how to deliver an exceptional patient experience over the phone
Ability to master software used in clinic operations, including scheduling, invoicing, and payments
Passion for helping others, even in a fast-paced environment
Preferred, but NOT Required:
Previous experience in retail
Experience as a waiter/waitress/host/hostess
Inbound or outbound phone experience
Familiarity with physical therapy
Proficiency in computer use and general office equipment
Ability to learn new software and perform data entry
Familiarity with general office procedures
