About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.

Conduct therapeutic exercises and monitor patient progress.

Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment.

Document patient care and progress in compliance with regulations.

Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques and health management.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Participate in continuing education and training opportunities.

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting or related field.

Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
