Job Summary

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or APRN to join our team on a part time or full time basis! Schedule can be week on/week off or M-F with +/- 1 week end call. As an advanced practice provider, you will have responsibilities to round in LTAC or other facilities as agreed upon within the post-acute setting. The ideal candidate has an excellent bedside manner, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Rounding and charting on post acute (LTAC) patients.

Work closely with other providers within and outside our group.

Qualifications

Valid state licensing required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in Pulmonary/Critical care
