Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate is bilingual Spanish and English, and who can write in English proficiently. Experience administering trigger point injections is preferred. This role involves both patient-facing evaluation and documentation responsibilities, including chart reviews and oversight of clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed history and physical exams on new and returning patients.
Evaluate musculoskeletal and neurological complaints commonly associated with motor vehicle collisions.
Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic imaging or labs, as appropriate.
Collaborate with chiropractors, physical therapists, and specialists to create and adjust care plans.
Complete charting in a timely and compliant manner.
Prepare and sign off on medically necessary treatment justifications for PI claims.
Provide patient education on injury, care plans, and follow-up expectations.
Communicate with legal teams as needed for documentation or clarification.
Qualifications
Current Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
Bilingual Spanish.
Ability to work independently within scope of practice.
Strong documentation skills.
Schedule & Pay
4 Weekdays: Full clinical days (approx. 8 hours each) Some Saturdays: Half day (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM) Pay Rate: $150,000 - 200,000 / yr + benefits (depending on experience)
