    Role Description

    Full-time or Part-time, Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), based in Stamford, CT. The role involves conducting patient assessments, diagnosing and managing conditions, developing treatment plans, performing routine examinations, and coordinating care with the broader healthcare team. Additional responsibilities include educating patients about health management and preventive care, maintaining accurate medical records, and collaborating with physicians to ensure patients receive exceptional care.

    Qualifications

    Proficient in clinical skills such as patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with staff

    Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems and medical documentation best practices

    Current licensure as a Physician Assistant or APRN in the state of Connecticut

    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment

    BLS/ACLS certification is required

    Experience in primary care, internal medicine, or a related specialty is preferred but not mandatory
