The Opportunity
We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is motivated, compassionate, and ready to make an impact. This is a chance to practice in both family medicine and occupational health, with opportunities to grow in leadership, expand your skills, and be part of a supportive and innovative clinical team.
What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality primary and preventive care to diverse patient populations.
Perform acute visits, chronic disease management, and Medicare Advantage Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs).
Conduct occupational health services such as pre-employment physicals, DOT exams, injury follow-ups, and work comp cases.
Collaborate with physicians and support staff in a team-based environment.
Maintain accurate documentation in our EMR systems (Amazing Charts & Caretracker).
Educate patients on health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment plans.
What We Offer
Competitive salary with growth opportunities.
Supportive environment with mentorship and provider development programs.
Exposure to a wide variety of patients and services (family medicine, occupational health, urgent care, Medicare Advantage).
Collaborative culture with providers and staff who value teamwork and patient care excellence.
Full benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and CME support.
Who We’re Looking For
Active Nevada license (PA-C or APRN).
DOT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for patient care and improving community health.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dual-specialty clinic.
