Busy Neurosurgery office seeking a Full-time Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner to join our team to do Hospital rounding Monday - Friday at multiple facilities! New Graduates are encouraged and Welcome!

Skills

Proven experience as Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner in a hospital setting a plus, but willing to train new Graduates.

Knowledge of health and patient care regulations

Excellent communication skills

Strong ethics

Team spirit with a positive attitude

Orders and/or prescribes non controlled substances for inpatients/outpatients.

Participates in other necessary activities associated with patient care (writing daily progress notes, coordinating clinical care, discharge planning, etc.).

Recognizes need for physician consultation and guidance as indicated within experience and scope of practice.

Qualifications

Valid state licensing required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with medical terminology, charting, and diagnostic tests

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Weekday rounding Monday thru Friday to multiple facilities.

No call
