    We are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA-C) to work in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have experience—or a strong interest—in occupational medicine, workplace injury management, and preventive healthcare for employees across a wide range of industries.

    Responsibilities

    Conduct pre-employment physical examinations, DOT examinations, and return-to-work evaluations

    Evaluate, diagnose, and manage work-related injuries and illnesses

    Establish appropriate work restrictions and monitor patients’ recovery and progress

    Perform minor procedures, including suturing, splinting, and wound care

    Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic studies

    Collaborate with supervising physicians, case managers, employers, and insurance representatives to promote continuity of care

    Complete clinical documentation accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record

    Support workplace wellness, medical surveillance, and preventive-care programs

    Maintain compliance with applicable occupational-health and clinical standards

    Qualifications

    Current and unrestricted California Physician Assistant license

    Current PA-C certification

    Previous experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred

    Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills

    Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities

    Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

    FMCSA Certified Medical Examiner status preferred, or willingness to obtain certification after hire
