    Position Overview

    Impireum Psychiatric Group is seeking a high-performing Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing multi-state behavioral health team. This role is designed for clinicians who want to practice at the intersection of psychiatry, innovation, and outcomes-driven care within a structured, high-accountability environment.

    You will work within a physician-led, integrated care model focused on measurable patient outcomes—not volume-based care.

    What You'll Do

    • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits
    • Diagnose and manage mental health conditions across the lifespan
    • Prescribe and manage medications under physician supervision
    • Collaborate with therapists and care teams for integrated treatment planning
    • Utilize standardized clinical workflows and KPI-driven documentation
    • Participate in hybrid care delivery (in-person + telehealth)

    What We're Looking For

    • Active PA license in one or more of: TX, FL, MD, DE
    • Psychiatry or behavioral health experience preferred
    • Ability to obtain multi-state licensure (highly valued)
    • Strong clinical judgment and documentation discipline
    • Alignment with structured, performance-based environments
