Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team! As a PA or NP at Ideal Plastic Surgery, you will work hand in hand with our clinical team of physicians, patient care coordinators, and Medical Assistants. The ideal candidate has a positive demeanor, experience charting in a medical environment, and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Clinical Care: (Surgical) postoperative and follow-up care. Assess the surgical site for complications, manage wound care (sutures, staples, drains).

Weight Loss Clinic: New consultation and follow-up visits.

Patient Management: Patient education, safety and building rapport

Consultation and Documentation: Evaluate new and follow up patients on plan of care, track progress and accurately document all findings in the EMR

Qualifications

Licensure: Active California PA or NP license

Experience: Minimum one year of experience in aesthetics or plastic surgery preferred

Abilities: Bilingual in English and Spanish. Client-focused approach with exceptional service skills
