Primary Care Physician - Richmond, VA

Compensation: Starting at $225K per year

Job Type: Monday–Friday, outpatient only, on call rotation.

A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its growing team in Richmond, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
• See 8–10 patients per day
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team
• Share equal call responsibility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts
• Ensure accurate documentation
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active and unrestricted VA medical license
• Minimum 5 years of primary care experience required
