Our Client is seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician to join a well-supported, senior-focused clinic in Mansfield, TX. This is a full-time, outpatient opportunity in a high-touch care model designed to prioritize preventative care and long-term patient wellness. Your Role

• Deliver high-quality primary care to 16–18 patients per day

• Collaborate with mid-levels and clinical support staff

• Help guide the transition from a hybrid model to fully value-based care

How You Qualify

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Active Texas medical license (or eligibility)

• Experience with senior/Medicare populations preferred

• Value-based care background or strong interest in learning

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
