Position Title: Physician - Neurohospitalist (LOCUM)

Position Type: Contract

Location: Boston, MA 02118

Duration: 6 Months

Shift: 8am-5pm on-site and 5pm to 8am off-site

Compensation Details:

Gross Hourly Pay Rate: $375/hr

Description:

Assignment Length: 6 months-year.

Inpatient neurology consult service

Years of Experience Required: 3+ years experience is preferred, not including residency.

Required Experience: Prior neurohospitalist experience, board certified in neurology, Epic experience.

Preferred Experience: Prior neurohospitalist experience, board certified in neurology, Epic experience

Job Details: We care for an array of patients with acute stroke, status epilepticus, neuromuscular, neuroinflammatory, and neuroinfectious diseases. Ideal candidates will possess excellent clinical, collaborative and communications skills and have a strong commitment to serve our multicultural patient population. This position comes with the opportunity to teach residents and medical students.

Hours/Shifts Per Week or Month Needed: 24/7 every other week on the general service in house 8a-5p and home call thereafter with PA support.
