    What you WILL DO:

    As a Physician, OB/GYN , you will provide comprehensive care to adolescent and adult female patients in accordance with established standards of medical practice within the community. You will supervise the clinical activities of mid‑level practitioners as required by the State Licensing Board and ensure that patient care is delivered with quality, safety, and consistency. Your responsibilities include delivering acceptable and thorough women’s health services, preparing departmental reports and updates for the CEO when governmental requirements arise, participating in the evaluation of medical care delivery within the clinic, and engaging in ongoing performance improvement initiatives that support the clinic’s mission and operational excellence.

    Who YOU ARE:

    • Candidates must be willing to maintain immunization records and complete medical testing as required by the organization.

    • An actively licensed physician in Texas (including Dallas County) with strong proficiency in women’s health and familiarity with urban healthcare delivery systems.

    • Candidates must be willing to maintain immunization records and complete medical testing as required by the organization.

    • Able to provide evidence of current liability insurance or eligibility for LBUCC malpractice coverage.

    • Able to travel between Dallas clinic locations & stay Up‑to‑date on required immunizations and testing.
