    OB/GYN Physician | Obstetrician Gynecologist | Women's Health Doctor - Syracuse, NY Area

    Join our established women's health practice as a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician serving the greater Syracuse, New York area. We are seeking a skilled obstetrician gynecologist to provide comprehensive women's healthcare services including prenatal care, labor and delivery, gynecological surgery, and preventive health services across our North Syracuse, Syracuse, and Fayetteville office locations.     Schedule & Work-Life Balance

    • Full-time position: Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts
    • No weekend coverage required
    • No night shifts
    • On-call rotation only 4-5 times per month
    • Laborist support at partner hospital to minimize call burden
    • Part-time and flexible schedule options also available

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver comprehensive outpatient obstetrics and gynecology services across multiple clinic locations in North Syracuse, Syracuse, and Fayetteville
    • Provide inpatient obstetrical care including labor and delivery services at our partner hospital facility
    • Perform gynecological surgical procedures including minimally invasive surgery when indicated
    • Maintain productivity standards and clinical excellence throughout patient care delivery
    • Manage administrative responsibilities including reviewing lab reports, patient charts, and medication refills in a timely manner
    • Complete thorough and accurate electronic medical record (EMR) documentation including medication reconciliation and clinical notes
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings
    • Adhere to medical practice policies, procedures, and evidence-based clinical guidelines
    • Practice cost-effective, efficient medicine while maintaining highest quality standards
    • Collaborate with laborist team and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

    Required Qualifications

    • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology by ABOG
    • Completion of accredited OB/GYN residency program
    • Minimum two years of clinical experience in direct patient care and primary women's healthcare delivery
    • Unrestricted medical license to practice in New York State (or ability to obtain)
    • Current BLS/CPR certification
    • Active DEA certification
    • Hospital privileges or ability to obtain credentials at partner facility
    • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and excellent communication skills
    • Proficiency with electronic medical records systems
