About the Role Principles Recovery Center is hiring a Physician & Provider Relations Representative to grow our referral network and drive admissions across South Florida. Three days in-facility, two days in the field — building relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and community providers. This is a relationship-first, results-driven role for someone who leads with clinical credibility and genuine mission.

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain a consistent call schedule with physicians, hospitals, detox programs, and outpatient providers across your South Florida territory
- Educate referral sources on PRC's levels of care, clinical programming, and admissions process
- Serve as the liaison between referral partners and the PRC admissions team for smooth intake transitions
- Represent PRC at professional events, CME functions, and provider networking opportunities
- Maintain accurate, same-day CRM documentation on all outreach activity and pipeline movement
- Develop monthly territory plans and contribute to quarterly business development strategy
What We're Looking For
- 1–3+ years in pharmaceutical sales, medical/healthcare sales, physician relations, or a similar relationship-facing role
- Comfortable presenting to MDs, discharge coordinators, and clinical decision-makers
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Self-directed with strong territory and time management
- Genuine connection to behavioral health and the SUD/co-occurring treatment space
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass Level 2 background screening
